What are the shipping times?

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipment to majority of the world. If you have any questions or if you you're unsure if we ship to your region, please get in touch with us and we'll be able to assist you kindly.

Do you provide tracking?

If there's tracking available for your product then we'll be able to offer you a tracking number for you to monitor your order. Most of our promotional offers don't come with tracking as this dramatically drops the shipping cost for you, the consumer and if you would like to organise tracking number we can sort that out for you also! 

Note: We're always on the works of offering our customers the best shipping options :)

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All items in store take 2-7 business days to process. Be sure to add processing time to your shipping time estimates.

Your product has been shipped once you receive your shipping confirmation email. The majority of our customers have received their items around the 10 - 20 business days due to high demand and customs processing, examples include USA/UK.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have numerous warehouses across all continents so frequently we'll be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, don't panic, everything will arrive!  

I no longer want my order, can I cancel and refund?

We do a have a refund policy in place on damaged/missing goods. We don't provide cancelations if the shipping email has already been sent. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we'll help resolve this matter on your behalf.

Note: Refunds & returns will not be processed after 60 days. Thanks for understanding!
